How do I register?
Click ‘APPLY TO ATTEND IN-PERSON' in the toolbar at the top of the page. Once you have selected your preferred pass and completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking information.
How will I gain entry to the event?
Once you have completed your registration you will receive a confirmation email containing a all the details about the event. This event is on an 'apply to attend' basis so places are not guaranteed and subject to review and approval by the Publisher. When you arrive at the venue on the day, if you have a confirmed place on our VIP list please give you name and you will be checked-in, given a badge and provided entry.
Why can't I find any emails related to the event?

What is the cancellation policy?

Can I transfer or upgrade my pass?

How do I get to the venue?

Is the venue accessible?
We select our venues to ensure that all our events are as accessible as possible for our guests. If you have any specific accessibility requirements you will have the opportunity to indicate this when filling out the event registration form.
Will food and drink be provided at the event?
Yes, a drinks reception and seated dinner will be provided at the event.
I have dietary requirements, what should I do?
If you have any specific dietary requirements you will have the opportunity to state them when registering for the event.
Translation Service
Please note that the keynote interview will be conducted in Spanish, and the panel discussion will be in English for this event. Simultaneous translation will be available via the Interprefy app, or directly on your browser of your mobile device. If you will be using the translation service at the event, please bring your own wired headphones or earphones. Wireless earphones may cause disturbances.
